The ride will be approximately 12 km in length, and will be led by a certified CANBIKE instructor. Children are welcome. Please make sure you wear a helmet, bring water, and make sure that your bicycle is in good working order. Meet at Twin Forks Park in the parking lot.

End of summer party at Place Hurtubise Park, 1966 LaSalle Boulevard - 1 pm to 4 pm

Join the Place Hurtubise Tenants Association at the Place Hurtubise Park for a free afternoon of fun for the whole family. There will be an inflatable slip and slide, bubble soccer, music and a bubble blowing area - lots of fun for all ages!

Fireworks at Westmount Park, 109 Kipling Court - 9 pm

Join us for a great fireworks display at Westmount Park, sponsored by the Ward 8 Community Action Network, Dreamcatcher Fireworks, and the Westmount Neighbourhood Association! This free event was a highlight of last year, and we're hoping there's no fire ban in effect this year. In the case of heavy rain or a fireworks ban, we're planning a backup date later in the early fall.

Help us support the Sudbury Food Bank! Bring some non-perishable food items and help us provide nutritious back to school items to local families in need.
