We are an unincorporated community volunteer association that runs under the leadership of the Ward 8 and Ward 12 Community Action Networks, and operate under City of Greater Sudbury’s Community Action Networks Terms of Engagement and Operating Guiding Principles. We do not use cookies on this website. We run Google Analytics in order to gather technical information such as browser, device, networking and other information (like ip addresses) to help us plan our festival and how we communicate with you.

We use the personal information you submit to:
- Send you information or newsletters you have requested, if you have consented to be contacted by e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive messages, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Keep track of the number of people who have signed up, indicated interest in specific issues, or interacted in the site in other ways.
