We’re now accepting vendor applications for the 2nd annual Pop-Up Market, part of New Sudbury Days at Twin Forks Park!
Applications open June 1 and close July 20, 2025.
Notifications will be sent by July 31.
Fill in our form and you will receive a confirmation of your registration via an email that will serve as your receipt. The applicable fee must then be e-transferred to [email protected] and received by us before we confirm your participation. Payment for fees will only be accepted electronically via e-transfer.

Terms and Conditions
- No hydro or water access is available. Generators are not permitted.
- Vendors must supply and set up their own 10×10 tent, tables, and chairs. Tents must be properly secured with weights and tie-downs.
- All vendor spaces are on grass. In the event of rain, be prepared for damp conditions.
- Set-up begins at 9:00 a.m. with limited vehicle access. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 10:00 a.m. Set-up must be complete by 10:45 a.m.
- The vendor fee includes insurance coverage for most vendors. If additional insurance is required, we’ll contact you directly.
- Food vendors must provide their own insurance and list the City of Greater Sudbury as an additional insured, with clear reference to the date, time, and location of the event.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Tear-down begins no earlier than 3:00 p.m. For safety reasons, vehicles will not be allowed in the vendor area before 3:45 p.m.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space, including all items brought in (e.g., garbage, zip ties, tent weights, etc.). If you bring it in, you must take it out.
