If you would like to participate in the 2nd Annual Pop-Up Market at Twin Forks, registrations begin April 1, 2024.
Applications close on July 22, 2024 and we will accept vendors on a first-come, first-served basis until all booth space is rented.
Payment for fees will only be accepted electronically via e-transfer.
Starting April 1, you can apply by visiting this page and filling in the application form that will be displayed here. You will receive a confirmation of your registration via an email that will serve as your receipt. The applicable fee must be e-transferred to [email protected] and received by us before we confirm your participation.

Terms and Conditions
- There is no hydro or water provided at any of the booths. No generators permitted.
- You are responsible for your own 10×10 tent, tables, and chairs. All tents must be properly tied and weighted down. Please note that all vendor spaces are on a grass surface. In the event of rain, we suggest preparing to be on a wet surface.
- Setup starts at 8:30 am with limited motorized vehicle access to the vendors area. All setup must be done by 10:00 am and all vehicles removed from the area by this time.
- The event fee covers the cost of insurance for most vendors. We’ll contact you if there are any additional insurance requirements for your participation.
- If you are a food vendor, our insurance will not cover you and you MUST provide a copy of your insurance for this event. Proof of insurance must clearly show the City of Greater Sudbury as a second insured on your policy for the duration of this event (date/time/location must be included).
- There will be no refunds for any reason.
